- FIRST. Purpose: a retrospective second analytical reading of the textual records of bounded, consented conversational episodes, assisted by algorithmic tools with mandatory 100% human review (Human-in-the-Loop).
- SECOND. Ethical sovereignty: Nature of the Framework and Reader Sovereignty: The editorial content, relational schemas, and interactive tools provided by The Fractum constitute a conceptual and heuristic framework oriented toward self-observation, the understanding of dynamic systems, and personal deliberation. The methodology proposes models of interpretation and cartographies of discursive interaction; its purpose is to provide clarity and reflective insight while fully preserving the user's autonomy of judgment. By conceptual and ethical design, these tools do not operate as clinical assessment instruments, nor do they substitute for specialized professional advice in mental health, legal, or forensic domains. The reports do not issue employment profiling, moral rating, or clinical or psychological diagnoses, nor automated decisions about individuals.
- THIRD. Records hygiene: the Client retains ownership of the transcripts; no text is used to train third-party models; the original records are irreversibly deleted 30 days after delivery.
- FOURTH. Intellectual property: the software, the dimensional catalog, the analytical weights and the TDAF suite belong to the Provider, as do the anonymized R^40 vector projections.
- FIFTH. Fees: amount set in the digital order, payable through an international payment gateway or by ACH or SEPA transfer to Fractum Group's receiving account.
