The TDAF™ Suite
The Tetradimensional Assessment Framework: an analytical framework that reads the textual record of bounded conversational episodes and the dynamics of the interaction, to anticipate points of friction and review them with human judgment.

02 · Governance, privacy and ethics
A design limit, not an apology
TDAF™ reads bounded episodes and their interaction dynamics. By design and out of respect for human autonomy, it does not classify moral worth or issue clinical diagnoses, and the final judgment always belongs to a person.
Data hygiene
Transcripts are irreversibly deleted 30 days after delivery. The client retains ownership.
No third-party training
No client text is used to train third-party foundation models.
R40 vector reserve
Anonymized vector projections are owned by Fractum Group and underpin the technical calibration of the system.
100% human oversight
Every report goes through human review. No individual employment profiling or automated decisions about employment.
Designed in line with the principles of the EU AI Act and Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012.

Methodological Note
Scope of the published figure
The “~60% explainable accuracy” figure corresponds to the validation of the Rupture Signature on contrasted pairs in English, under the CGA-CMV standard. It is published with its scope: a design measure on a bounded set, not a general performance promise for other languages or contexts.
